All prices shown on our website are displayed in the currency indicated at checkout.

The price applicable to your order is the price displayed when the order is placed, unless an obvious pricing or technical error has occurred.
Unless otherwise stated, orders are paid by Cash on Delivery.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact and delivery information so that the order can be successfully delivered.
5. Shipping and Delivery
We currently deliver across Lebanon.
A $5 Cash on Delivery fee applies to orders below $80.
Orders of $80 or more qualify for FREE delivery.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on location, courier availability, weather, holidays and other circumstances outside our control.
Please ensure that your phone number and delivery address are accurate when placing your order.

6. Exchanges and Refunds
We currently offer exchanges only and do not provide cash refunds or refunds to the original payment method.
Eligible exchange requests must be made within 5 days of receiving the order.
Items must meet the conditions described in our Refund & Exchange Policy.
Customers are responsible for exchange delivery costs unless the item received was incorrect or defective.
