Exchange Policy and Tag and Bag Requirements for Domestic Orders

In our commitment to providing outstanding customer service, we have implemented an Exchange Policy, specifically designed for domestic orders, to facilitate a seamless and trouble-free exchange process. Customers are eligible to exchange their purchased items within three days from the date of receipt, starting from the moment they receive their order.

Conditions for Exchange:

To qualify for an exchange, the following criteria must be satisfied:

  1. The item intended for exchange must be in a pristine and unused state, devoid of any indications of wear, tear, damage, or alterations.
  2. The original tag or label, along with any attached price tags, must remain undisturbed and unaltered.
  3. The item should be returned in its original packaging, encompassing plastic bags, boxes, protective covers, or any other packaging materials provided by Stride.

Refunds: Upon receiving and examining your return, we will promptly notify you regarding the approval status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be automatically processed through your original payment method.
